Non-traditional tofu cooking demonstrated at FOODEX JAPAN 2009. - 2009/3/5
Shikoku Kakoki, Satono Yuki Shokuhin, Japan’s one of the largest Tofu Makers, participated in a cooking demonstration in American Pavilion in FOODEX JAPAN 2009.
Staffs in Satono Yuki Shokuhin introduced their efforts on contract with US farms and easy recipe of non-traditional tofu cooking, strawberry tofu cheese cake followed by an opening remark of LaVerne E.Brabant, Japan Country Director of ASA-IM
