We are pleased to announce that American Soybean Association-IM Japan office (Country Director: Lavern E. Brabant; Headquarters: USSEC in St. Louis) will hold a restaurant fair of soy foods during November 7-December 7 in Tokyo, collaborating with Gourmet Navigation (President: Seiichi Kubo; Headquarters: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo), the largest gourmet information website in Japan, which covers over 50,000 restaurants.

ASA-IM Japan aims at further increase in consumption of the soy foods by the food service industry. Our objectives are 1) to enhance the acknowledgement of U.S. Soybeans and 2) to promote utilization of soy products in the food service industry.
